• The Following is from a letter to Milani: 

"Just a note to say thanks for installing our new Lennox furnace. We appreciated the fact that your installers, Tim and Eddie, came on time and efficiently installed the new furnace and hot water tank . They also did an excellent job of moving the furnace to the position we talked about and installed a new return air vent in an area that was not the easiest to work in to say the least

When we had the furnace inspected, the District Inspector commented on the perils of not having a furnace installed correctly.  After hearing him speak, we were glad we went with a company as professional as Milani.

• The following is from a letter to Milani:
  
  My wife and I used Milani to do the annual service on our old (1977) furnace for a number of years, and had always been impressed by the professionalism of the service. We were particularly pleased one cold winter day when the furnace quit at three a.m. Milani had a man at our house and the furnace fixed before noon.

We were also impressed that the company's service people always treated us with integrity in assessing the longevity of our furnace:  Finally, in the fall of 2006 we were told it was time to replace the old beast. 

The installation was smoothly and quietly done with a minimum of disruption. The Milani people were, as always, highly professional. 

Our new heating/cooling system is working well and when we had a minor follow-up issue it was dealt with quickly and well. We have been more comfortable on cool days and particularly pleased with the system on hot and sunny days. We look forward to seeing the new system's greater efficiency have a pleasant impact on the size of our gas bill.

Overall, we heartily recommend Milani Plumbing and Heating to anyone thinking of upgrading their heating system. - Gerald 11/15

• It sometimes happens that not everything goes smoothly, the following was an invoice dispute, the issue was rectified and we received the following compliment on how well we resolved the issue:
